DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

ARTICLE 1- PARTIES

1.2 BUYER, Under this contract, BUYER is the person who places an order on the www.odecolife.com website. The address and contact information of the BUYER used when signing up or placing an order will be taken as basis.

ARTICLE 2- SUBJECT The subject of this contract is the provisions of the Law No.4077 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on the Application Principles and Procedures of Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product whose qualifications and sales price are specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically from the SELLER website of the SELLER It is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties.

ARTICLE 3- CONTRACT SUBJECT PRODUCT Type and type of the products, Amount, Brand / Model, Color, Sales Price are as stated on the www.odecolife.com address of the seller.

ARTICLE 4- DELIVERY

The SELLER will send the shipments to the regions with the contracted cargo company and the branches within 15 days at the latest. Www.odecolife.com is not responsible for any damage that may occur during delivery or delivery in case of delay in delivery due to the fact that the delivery point is outside the distribution regions of the cargo company.

ARTICLE 5- GENERAL PROVISIONS

5.1- The SELLER declares that he has read and informed the preliminary information about the basic characteristics of the product subject to the contract, the sales price and payment method and the delivery on the website, and that he has read and accepted this contract in electronic environment.

5.2- The product subject to the contract is delivered to the BUYER or the person / organization at the address indicated in the preliminary information on the website, depending on the distance of the BUYER's place of residence for each product, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.

5.3- If the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to another person / organization other than the BUYER, the SELLER cannot be held responsible if the person / organization to be delivered does not accept the delivery.

5.4- The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product subject to the contract in a sound, complete manner, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order and with warranty documents, if any.

5.5- ORDER TRACKING (For online orders over the Internet) Orders placed online through our website with the extension www.odeco.com.tr are checked periodically every day, at certain hours during the day, within the time tolerance specified in the order form. Orders placed after 17:00 are evaluated the next day. Order transfer is carried out with alternative methods used in parallel. The order information you have communicated to us via our order form is recorded in our database and additionally transmitted to both our workplace and our service provider via e-mail. Our database and e-mail boxes are checked periodically by both us and our service provider against any possible problem that may occur in the database or e-mail systems. If our order system cannot deliver your order to us due to any problem, the visitor is informed of the situation during the order.

5.6- For the delivery of the product subject to the contract, the signed copy of this contract must be delivered to the SELLER or the Preliminary Information Form must be confirmed electronically. The Buyer's Preliminary Information Form must be confirmed electronically, and the product price must be paid in the form of payment preferred by the BUYER. If, for any reason, the product price is not paid or is canceled in the bank records, the SELLER is deemed to be free from the obligation to deliver the product.

5.7- After the delivery of the product, after the collection made from the credit card belonging to the BUYER, if the relevant bank or financial institution fails to pay the price of the product to the SELLER due to the fact that it is used unfairly or illegally by unauthorized persons not due to the BUYER's fault, The product must be sent to the SELLER within 3 days provided that it is. In this case, shipping costs belong to the BUYER.

5.8- Payment is made by Credit Card, Debit Card or money order. With the iyzico secure payment system with the PCI-DSS Level 1 certificate, the highest level of data security standard in the world, the maximum level of secure service is provided.In cash purchases, the purchase process is completed for the customer after the order price and bank information are sent to the customer via e-mail. . If the system cannot perform the transaction due to any problem or if the payment has not been made, our visitor is informed about this situation at the end of the system page. All our prices are based on TL. For international orders, the payment date will be taken into account.

5.9- If the SELLER cannot deliver the product subject to the contract within the period due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances such as adverse weather conditions that prevent the transportation, it is obliged to inform the BUYER. In this case, the BUYER accepts the delay until the obstacle for delivery is removed. If the BUYER cancels the order, the amount paid will be paid to him in cash and in lump sum within 3 weeks.

5.10- The SELLER may supply a different product of equal quality or price or cancel the order within the knowledge of the BUYER by informing the BUYER and obtaining its explicit approval before the contractual performance obligation expires.

5.11- If the SELLER fails to fulfill the contractual obligations in case the fulfillment of the product or service subject to the order becomes impossible, the SELLER notifies the consumer before the expiry of the performance obligation arising from the contract and returns the total price to the BUYER within 10 days.

5.12- PRODUCT GUARANTEE All of the products in our store are manufactured by us. For this reason, special requests are received by mail, and written mails are archived by us. If the delivered product has different features than the ordered product or is not the same as the one displayed, the consumer is protected by law no 4077. Products are guaranteed in accordance with consumer protection law.

5.13- This contract is approved by the BUYER electronically and becomes valid when the purchase is made.

ARTICLE 6- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL The BUYER has the right of withdrawal within 7 days from the delivery of the product subject to the contract to him or the person / organization at the address indicated. In order to use the right of withdrawal, the product received must be notified to the SELLER by fax, e-mail or telephone within this period and the product has not been used in accordance with the provisions of Article 6. If this right is exercised, it is obligatory to return the original invoice and a sample of the cargo delivery report indicating that the product delivered to the 3rd party or the BUYER was sent to the SELLER. The product price is returned to the BUYER within 7 days following the receipt of these documents. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be returned. The shipping cost of the returned product due to the right of withdrawal is paid by the BUYER.

If this right is exercised,

a) The invoice of the product delivered to the 3rd person or the BUYER (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning it. Order returns whose invoices are issued on behalf of the institutions will not be completed unless the RETURN INVOICE is issued)

b) Return form,

c) The products to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged, together with the box, packaging and standard accessories, if any.

d) The SELLER is obliged to return the total price and the documents that put the buyer under debt to the BUYER within 10 days at the latest from the receipt of the withdrawal notice and to return the goods within 20 days.

e) If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to the BUYER's fault or if the return becomes impossible, the BUYER is liable to compensate the damages of the SELLER at the rate of his fault.

f) If the campaign limit amount set by the SELLER is reduced due to the use of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount used within the scope of the campaign is canceled.

ARTICLE 7- PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE USED WITH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL Products that cannot be returned in terms of their nature are products that are custom-made for the customer-buyer, and the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

ARTICLE 8- GENERAL PROVISIONS

8.1- Persons under the age of 18 cannot shop from the SELLER.

8.2- The SELLER is not responsible for price inaccuracies caused by typesetting and system errors.

ARTICLE 9- AUTHORIZED COURT Consumer Arbitration Committees and Izmir Consumer Courts are authorized in the implementation of this contract up to the value announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. In case the order is realized, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract.

ARTICLE 10- ABROAD SHOPPING PROCEDURE

Exemption from the shipping fee applied according to the shopping price cannot be applied for international orders. For your overseas (including TRNC) orders, first determine the products you intend to purchase. Before making payment, notify us of these products by e-mail. The international shipping cost of your products will be calculated and you will be notified by e-mail. Your order will be sent after we receive the payment of the product price together with the shipping fee. Since the customs legislation of each country is different, the responsibilities arising from the customs legislation of the country where the buyer is located belongs to the buyer. We do not have the option of "advance payment " or "mail order " for international orders .
